Works great as hot and iced tea, as well as in beverages and cocktails, baked goods, culinary oils and powders, homemade skincare, oils and soaps.

Optimal brewing time: 5 minutes, in just boiled (not boiling) hot water. 

Note: It is best to let boiled water rest for 2 minutes after boiling before brewing, for optimum flavour and nutrient retention.
